The combination of massage and deep heat is an absolute blessing for tense backs.
The 30-minute back massage with an aromatic oil of your choice relaxes the muscles and stimulates tissue regeneration. You then receive a soothing mud pack on your back and rest for a further 30 minutes in a heated water floating bed. After the massage, the minerals in the mud are absorbed particularly well and the heat generated penetrates deep into the muscles. Pain is alleviated and joint mobility is improved.
