Sustainability

The project speaks for itself when we talk about sustainability. For the joint project between Viva con Agua and Heimathafen®Hotels, we have placed great emphasis on recycled and low-CO2 materials and used them where the regulations allowed. On the one hand, we were able to use recycled concrete and aluminium. On the other hand, we did not use any materials at all - because it's better to omit materials altogether than to use recycled materials! As a result, our walls and floors are mostly unfinished, unplastered and with visible screed.
