That tasted good! Our fine-dining restaurant Schnüsch at the Lighthouse Hotel & Spa in Büsum has been awarded 8 pans by the renowned restaurant guide GUSTO - making it one of the best addresses on the North Sea coast.

GUSTO rates restaurants according to its own, very demanding rating system. For 8 pans, it is not just the cuisine that has to deliver a consistently high standard - independence, creativity and craftsmanship also play a decisive role. Schnüsch impresses with its North German cuisine, which offers modern interpretations and bold combinations while remaining very close to the region.
