Start the day
You will find fresh ginger water and a variety of teas to start the day in our Helgoland event room with a view of the North Sea and the Wadden Sea.
Wellness & well-being for body and soul
In collaboration with our personal trainer Bärbel Brouwers, we offer you a changing programme of yoga and Pilates sessions on selected days. These 30-60 minute sessions are adapted to the fasting week and cover topics such as walking meditation and yoga breathing techniques.
Lunch & dinner
The focus of the fasting week is on vegetable broth. Our kitchen serves daily changing vegetable broths with vegetables from the region. You will also receive the energy you need in the form of fresh juices that change daily.
Liver wrap
As part of a fasting week, a liver compress is recommended daily at lunchtime after a meal, as the liver is particularly active at this time.
Fasting support - the conclusion
