We invite you to do something good for yourself and your body for a week with us at the North Sea.
During fasting or detoxing, we help our body to detoxify and rid it of superfluous and harmful substances. So that the metabolism can breathe deeply again, downshift and take off with new energy . Targeted renunciation will therefore be your greatest gain.
When fasting at the Lighthouse, you will be professionally supervised by Heike Schmidtke in a group with a maximum of 10 participants. Heike is our fasting and health coach as well as a naturopath. She is not only a qualified naturopath, but has also completed a degree in homeopathy and successfully completed training in osteopathy and lymphatic drainage. Heike is a professional in the field of holistic care and therefore an asset as a fasting counsellor during our fasting week.
Take advantage of the positive stimulating climate of the North Sea and allow yourself enough time for walks on the dyke. You might even be energised by the wind! Yoga and Pilates sessions with Bärbel Brouwers are also on your weekly programme.
After all, we want you to return to your everyday life feeling reborn.
