The vast sea, the rugged coastline, our wonderful harbour - that's Büsum, that's Dithmarschen. And this is where we have set up our fine dining restaurant Schnüsch and want to treat you to a wonderful evening.

Our Schnüsch is Nordic - fresh - imaginative and impresses with unique flavour combinations paired with an exclusive and modern ambience in Büsum's best location. Cosy and elegant atmosphere, selected and discreet lighting as well as large-format portraits of some of our suppliers, which are impressively presented.

Experience unique and multi-layered flavours paired with a great wine or beverage accompaniment.

Dear guests of the Schnüsch,
From 30 June - 31 August 2020, we will be taking a summer break and our fine dining restaurant will be closed, with one exception:

We will open our doors to celebrate the 5th anniversary of the Lighthouse from 08/08 - 10/08/2024.

We attach great importance to freshness and quality, so it is possible that the menu price and the ingredients mentioned may change at short notice.

Changed opening hours

After the summer break we start with new, reduced opening hours. On the following days you can feast with us and reserve your table either at 18:45 or 19:45: 06.09. 07.09. 18.10. 19.10. Best of Konstantin Kniese 15.11. 16.11. Best of Florian Prelog In addition, our aperitif menu and tea time dates remain as in the event calendar.
