The vast sea, the rugged coastline, our wonderful harbour – that’s Büsum, that’s Dithmarschen. And this is where we’ve set up our fine-dining restaurant, Schnüsch, and aim to treat you to a wonderful evening.

Our Schnüsch is Nordic – fresh – imaginative and captivates with unique flavour combinations, paired with an exclusive and modern ambience in Büsum’s prime location. A cosy yet sophisticated atmosphere, carefully selected and subtle lighting, and large-format portraits of some of our suppliers, presented to great effect.

Experience unique and multi-layered flavour profiles paired with superb wine or drinks pairings.
