Gemüsehof Hinrichs, Marne | A family business that is particularly passionate about growing potato and vegetable varieties. Depending on the season, you can expect a variety of delicious potato varieties - colourful carrot varieties - cabbage varieties - hearty winter vegetables and a bright variety of pumpkins. All home-grown and available in our own farm shop.

Westhof Bio - Gemüse, Friedrichsgabekoog | Westhof is passionate about growing high-quality organic vegetables in accordance with the strict Demeter, Bioland and Naturland guidelines. The Westhof places particular emphasis on sustainability, soil regeneration and the careful use of resources in order to guarantee quality that meets the highest organic standards. Organic carrots, organic cabbages, organic peas and, in summer, strawberries are grown on over 1200 hectares.

Spargelhof Schäfer, Wiemershof | Karl Schäfer began cultivating the king vegetable in Wiemersdorf back in 1982, as the special soil was recognised for its unique asparagus flavour. In 2016, Christian Schäfer inherited the farm and is now the second generation to run it, as tradition is very important to the family. Today, in addition to asparagus, potatoes, rapeseed, wheat, barley, sugar beet and maize are grown on a total area of 400 hectares.

Kartoffelhof Hölck, Reinbüttel | The family farm has a long tradition and has been located in Reinsbüttel since 1911. In the beginning, two horses and 30 bulls were kept there. The farm also grew cabbage for the neighbouring sauerkraut factory until 1976. In 1973, the farm was one of the first in Dithmarschen to start growing potatoes. Cattle farming continued into the 1990s, at times with up to 90 bulls, and since 2005 the farm's own potatoes have been peeled to further increase added value. Today, the farm is a pure arable farm. In addition to traditional grain cultivation, the farm also cultivates 70 hectares of potatoes. Direct marketing is constantly being developed in order to orientate the farm towards the future.

Minigron, Büsum | The Kleine Küstenkräuter team produces flavourful, regional and healthy microgreens in a vertical urban farm and stands for biodiversity and responsible consumption. They support biodiversity, old varieties and create vitamin-rich products for a balanced diet.

James Farm, Hörup | Our farm is home to traditional, regional breeds such as the Husum protest pig, Duroc and woolly pigs. They all promise high quality produce and produce healthy, long-lived offspring. In the neighbourhood, 20 Red and White DN dairy cows and 200 German Angus cattle with their own offspring graze on the pastures. Next to the stables is the farm's own abattoir and cheese dairy. Thanks to the direct connection, no transport is necessary for the animals. Our farm wants the products to be transported as little as possible, so that the regional connection of the consumers to the production of the food is preserved. Ecology, animal welfare and quality are the themes that guide and drive us and our farm.

Marienhof, Bordelum | Fertile soils, the fresh North Sea climate, healthy animals, traditional preparation - this is what Marienhof stands for. It is a matter close to our hearts to pass on the natural quality of our products as unadulterated as possible. Among other things, potatoes, eggs, poultry, beef and game from our own production are offered, all fresh and as nature provides it.

Fischzucht Reese, Sarlhusen | In the beginning there was water. Johann Christoph Richter once decided to build a paper mill near Sarlhusen and used the spring water to produce high-quality handmade paper. The estate was later bought by the Reese family and farming began. Trout have been produced on the former paper mill since 1885. The Reese family has been feeding, catching and fishing freshwater fish for four generations and is now one of the largest fish farms in Schleswig-Holstein.

Kober Käse, Itzehoe | Käse Kober knows every cow, sheep and goat, and if you don't, you know the farmer. The various cheeses are lovingly washed, greased, turned, flavoured, packaged and placed in the delivery van by hand on site. They love what they do and treat their work and products with the utmost respect and passion, and you can taste it!

Friesische Schafskäserei, Tetenbüll | Since 2003, 130 East Frisian dairy sheep have been kept at the Friesische Schafskäserei, providing the valuable raw material for cheese production. Cheese varieties are developed on the farm with a great deal of love and care and sold at local markets and in the farm shop.

Eis Böthern, Meldorf | Eiscafe Böthern in Meldorf has been producing homemade ice cream specialities since 1927. At that time still by hand, later with an electric ice cream machine, the family produces a wide variety of ice cream specialities in Meldorf according to old recipes and is now known far beyond the borders of Dithmarschen!

Butcher Jannsen, Meldorf | The Jannsen family business is now in its 3rd generation. High-quality meat and sausage products have been produced here since 1937. However, the family is not only concerned with quality, but also with the welfare of the animals. They attach great importance to the careful and respectful treatment of each animal and its origin.

Galloway butcher, Lehe | In Lehe, Jörg Tietjens produces the best meat from Galloway cattle. It is important to him to keep everything from rearing to distribution in one hand, to have no stressful animal transport for the animals and to retain full control of the production and marketing processes in order to impress with an honest, regional and high-quality product.

Elbmarsch Wagyu, Treenewurth | Elbmarsch Wagyu has been farming with passion since 1867. The sustainable use of precious resources has always been important to them - traditional, species-appropriate and respectful. In addition to the Elbmarsch Wagyu, Simmenthaler cattle are also reared and marketed.

Wagyu Zucht Nordfriesland, Risum-Lindholm | This family farm has been located in the heart of North Friesland since 1935. Like many other farms, they specialised in dairy production, but in 2015 they converted the business and started to build up their own Wagyu herd, which now comprises around 400 animals. The farm offers the finest products and meat from their cattle directly on site and online.
