Kartoffelhof Hölck, Reinbüttel | The family farm has a long tradition and has been located in Reinsbüttel since 1911. In the beginning, two horses and 30 bulls were kept there. The farm also grew cabbage for the neighbouring sauerkraut factory until 1976. In 1973, the farm was one of the first in Dithmarschen to start growing potatoes. Cattle farming continued into the 1990s, at times with up to 90 bulls, and since 2005 the farm's own potatoes have been peeled to further increase added value. Today, the farm is a pure arable farm. In addition to traditional grain cultivation, the farm also cultivates 70 hectares of potatoes. Direct marketing is constantly being developed in order to orientate the farm towards the future.

Thanks to the direct connection, no transport is necessary for the animals. Our farm wants the products to be transported as little as possible, so that the regional connection of the consumers to the production of the food is preserved. Ecology, animal welfare and quality are the themes that guide and drive us and our farm.
