There is always a changing selection of cold meats such as cooked ham, beef salami and poultry lyoner as well as various cheeses such as Gouda and Edam. You can also look forward to a special cheese platter from our James Farm with specialities such as Höruper Hirtenkäse and Weißer Friese.

Enjoy a daily selection of smoked fish from our own smokehouse, such as rollmops and smoked salmon, accompanied by lemon, creamed horseradish and other tasty side dishes.

Always fresh and changing daily, we serve a selection of salads such as tomato & mozzarella & Greek salad.

Enjoy fresh vegetables every day: sliced peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, radishes, grilled vegetables (peppers, courgettes, carrots, fennel), fried mushrooms and couscous.

A selection of eggs, sausages, bacon and vegan porridge - plus delicious pancakes.

Daily changing specials that are freshly prepared on request - whether white sausages from our James Farm with sweet mustard, French toast with maple syrup and sweet crème fraîche or pancakes with fruit compote.

Fresh orange juice, a variety of fruit and vegetable juices, which you can also prepare yourself freshly in the juicer if you wish, as well as tea from Samova, coffee specialities from Seeberger and sparkling wine - with or without alcohol - round off your breakfast experience on shore.
