James Farm's exclusive meat tasting focuses on the principles of "nose-to-tail" and "flavour through time" - a conscious, sustainable and enjoyable way to rediscover meat.
Look forward to a curated tasting of various cuts and preparations - from pure and unadulterated to intensely matured and concentrated in flavour:
- Beef tartare - pure & unadulterated, with a focus on quality
- Leg slice - slowly braised, juicy & intense
- Chuck roll steak - strong, juicy, full of flavour
- Fillet of rump - tender, fine & elegant
- Beef consommé & biltong - the essence of the animal, concentrated and intense
Each course shows a different facet of the animal - and makes it possible to experience that enjoyment goes far beyond the classic prime cuts.
The event takes place on our atmospheric Landgang terrace by the fire table - a unique atmosphere that combines enjoyment and conviviality in a special way. After the tasting, you will have the opportunity to order selected products conveniently and at a reduced price via the James Farm online shop.
