Autumn on the coast means strong flavours, honest cuisine and a genuine North German original on your plate. At the Lighthouse Hotel & Spa Büsum, everything revolves around cabbage for a short time.

Hardly any other vegetable is so firmly anchored in North German cuisine - and yet so versatile. During the Cabbage Days, we show how versatile cabbage can be: sometimes hearty and familiar, sometimes interpreted in a modern way and surprisingly delicious. Always seasonal, always with a focus on flavour and quality.

Like all our special menus, this special menu is only available for a limited time. It brings autumn to your plate and combines regional classics with new ideas - perfect for cosy days and enjoyable evenings.
